Directions

Instructions: Bring water to a boil. Add salt and gradually stir in polenta over medium heat for 3 minutes or until the polenta comes away from the walls of the pot. Stir in butter and let stand for 5 minutes. Polenta can be served either hot or cold. Store in a cool, dry place.
