Add potatoes; stir until well blended. Microwave on high 2:30 to 3:30. Caution: Handle carefully; dish may be hot! 4. Stir. Microwave times developed using 1000-watt microwave ovens. Due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may need to be adjusted. For stiffer potatoes, let stand 3 to 5 minutes. For less stiff potatoes, stir in more water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
