Cooking Instructions: Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. Microwave: Step 1: Pierce film to vent. Step 2: Place bowl in center of microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes. Step 3: Stir and replace film, cook for additional 2 minutes. Step 4: Remove film carefully, stir and enjoy! Cooking instructions above are designed with a 1100-watt microwave set to high in order to reach 165 degrees F or above. For safety, follow these cooking instructions. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. What is Japchae? Jap [assorted] + Chae [vegetables]. Chewy glass noodles.
