Specially selected frozen broccoli is cut into convenient pieces and flash frozen to lock in the fresh flavor. Made with nothing artificial, this steamable broccoli lets you enjoy only the best in vegetables. Enjoy this frozen cut broccoli as a side dish, or use the frozen vegetable in your favorite casseroles and recipes. Prep is simple; microwave in the bag for 4 to 5 minutes or heat on the stove for 8 to 9 minutes. Keep the bag in the freezer until you're ready to cook it. It’s good to eat vegetables, so Birds Eye makes vegetables good to eat.

This side up. Lay flat when microwaving. For food safety and quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Microwave: Oven cook only one bag at a time. 1. Place bag in microwave, this side up. Bag self-vents, do not puncture. 2. New prep! Microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes during cooking, the bag will inflate. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Let stand 1 minute. Drain and serve. Caution! Product will be hot! Stove Top: Cook only one bag at a time. 1. Add Broccoli and 1/3 cup water to a medium saucepan. 2. Cover and cook over medium-high heat, 8 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Drain and serve. Keep frozen; do not thaw; cook as directed. Tear. Pick up.
