Cover and cook over medium - high heat 17 to 17 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven - Half Bag: Do not microwave in bag. 1. Open one sauce pouch and empty into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish. Add half of the frozen meal (about 4 cups) and cover. 2.
