You Will Need: 2 Cups Heart smart Bisquick mix. 1 1/4 cups fat-free (skim) milk. 1 egg. 1. Stir ingredients until blended. 2. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. 3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): no change. For heart healthy pancakes at just add the following ingredients in step 1 of our heart smart pancakes recipe. 1 1/2 cups fat-free (skim) milk. 2 egg whites. Waffles makes 12 (4-inch) waffles. You will Need: 2 Cups heart smart bisquick mix. 1-1/2 Cups fat-free (skim) milk. 2 Tbsp vegetable oil. 1 Egg. 1. Stir ingredients until blended. 2. Pour onto center or hot greased waffle maker close lid. 3. Bake about 5 min. or until steaming stops carefully remove waffle. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): increase milk to 1-1/2 cups.
