Details

Thickens soups, sauces & fillings. Gluten free. Tested and confirmed gluten free in our quality control laboratory. An employee-owned company. To your good health. You can see quality. Dear friends, as a boy, I loved helping my grandmother make her famous cinnamon rolls. She told me her secret was simple: Always use the very best ingredients. As I grew up, I took her words to heart. I am proud to say my grandmother would approve of the superior cornstarch you'll find in this package. It is nothing less than the very best! Happy baking, Bob Moore. Find more recipes at bobsredmill.com. For information and recipes, visit bobsredmill.com.

Directions

Tips for Use: 1 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Cornstarch = 2 Tbsp Flour. Cornstarch has twice the thickening power of flour. When a gravy, sauce, soup or stew recipe calls for flour, use half as much cornstarch to thicken. To thicken hot liquids, first mix cornstarch with a little cold water until smooth. Gradually stir into hot liquid until blended. Stirring constantly, bring to boil and boil one minute. Use to thicken sauces, puddings and pie fillings. Great for coating meat and vegetables. Perfect for baking. Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best sealed for freshness. Tear here to open.
