Directions

Directions: Insert applicator tip into nostril. Press down on applicator base to clear out mucus and irritants. Repeat in the other nostril. Gently blow nose as needed. Store between 59 degrees F - 86 degrees F (15 degrees C - 30 degrees C). Lot/expiration date on bottom of canister.
