Directions
Cold Therapy: Place room temperature pack in freezer for at least two hours for maximum performance. Place pack on affected area with plush side applied to skin. Always use a cloth or paper towel when handling non-plush side of pack. Do not apply pack for over 20 minutes at a time. If pack causes discomfort, remove from body immediately. Heat Therapy: Wrap room temperature pack in towel and place in center of 1200 watt microwave. Microwave pack for 35 seconds and test pack temperature for comfort. If pack is not warm enough, reheat for 15 more seconds. Pack should be warm, not hot. If pack is too hot for comfort, allow pack to cool on tabletop until a comfortable temperature is reached. Place pack on the affected area with plush side applied to skin. Always use a cloth or paper towel when handling non-plush side of pack. Do not apply heat pack for over 20 minutes at a time. If pack causes discomfort, remove from body immediately. Wattage / Heating Time: 700 watts / 45 seconds. 1200 watts / 35 seconds. Handling and Storage: Keep item away from extreme heat and store at room temperature.
