It possesses both the flavors of white wines with the texture and tannins common in red wines. It offers complex aromas of tangerine, fresh citrus, and zesty spices imparted by the white grape skins. Côté Mas Orange pairs with a great variety of food, from spicy lamb meatballs, baba ghanoush, roasted vegetables, and Indian curry.
