With its origins in Northern Italy, risotto is a classic creamy rice dish famous for its rich and delicious flavor, an irresistibly creamy texture and al dente bite. Our Quick Cook Risotto offers an authentic risotto experience in just 15 minutes. Our Quick-Cook Risotto is made using a slow absorption process - just like cooking at home from scratch. First, rice is parboiled and then simmered in a flavorful broth until the liquid is absorbed. Next, the grains go through a natural slow drying process to capture the ideal flavor and texture for our quick-cook risotto. For recipes and cooking inspiration, follow us (at)delallofoods.
