Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Grilling directions: Grill chicken skewers quickly over high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Air fryer directions: Pre-heat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Place chicken skewers in air fryer basket in a single layer. Leave space between skewers. Cook at 400 degrees F for 5-6 minutes. Turn chicken skewers and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes. Stove top: Lightly coat bottom of skillet with oil. Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Remove chicken from skewers. Add chicken to skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F measured by a thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
