Directions: Use on wet or dry feet. If your feet are cracked, soak in warm water for 10-20 minutes before filing. 1. Glide the foot file over feet and heels, moving it back and forth to remove dry, rough, hard and cracked skin. 2. Rinse your feet. 3. Apply a moisturizer like Dr. Scholl's dry, cracked foot repair ultra hydrating cream to lock in moisture. 4. Rinse the foot file thoroughly. 5. Hang to dry.
