For Fast Lighting: Use a charcoal chimney. Recommended Lighting Instructions: 1. Set Up the Chimney: Place charcoal chimney on the lower grill grate with firestarters underneath. 2. Add Char-logs: Position a layer of charcoal logs vertically. Then pour in more and fill to the top. 3. Light the Firestarters: Then let the charcoal logs heat up until they're fully lit and glowing. 4. Pour the Hot Coals: Carefully pour out the hot, ashed-over charcoal logs and spread the coals.
