Directions
Use in: Grills; Smokers; Charcoal Chimneys; Kamado Grills. Lighting Instructions: Do not remove the wrapper. For Charcoal: Stack a small layer of charcoal in your grill, place two (2) wrapped firestarters on the pile, then continue to build the pile of charcoal (approx, 2 - 3 lb of charcoal). Light the firestarter wrappers with a utility lighter or long-stem match. Allow the firestarters to burn out completely and the charcoal to ash-over before cooking. For use with a charcoal chimney: Place two (2) wrapped firestarters under the charcoal chimney on the bottom grate. Fill the upper portion of the chimney with charcoal. Light the firestarter wrappers with a utility lighter or long-stem match. Allow the firestarters to burn out completely and the charcoal to ash-over before dumping the coals in the grill & cooking. For Wood Fires: To light wood fires in a vented indoor fireplace, wood stove, outdoor fireplace/fire pit or campfire: Place two (2) wrapped firestarters with the wood or below a fireplace grate. Light each firestarter wrapper with a utility lighter or long-stem match. Add more wood as desired. Warning - Do not add to an existing fire or on a hot grate. Safety: Use only as directed. Do not use on hot coals or add to an existing fire. Use only in a well-ventilated outdoor area or a vented wood-burning fireplace. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, fire or sources of ignition. Read cautions on opposite side panel.
