Instructions for use: Your baby's health depends on carefully following the instructions below. Proper hygiene, preparation, use and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Use as directed by your baby's doctor. Ask your baby's doctor about the need to boil clean utensils, feeding bottles and nipples in water before use. Inspect bottle for signs of damage. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing feeding bottles. Shake bottle well, remove protective seal around cap, remove cap and foil seal. Replace cap. Pour into feeding bottle(s). Store unopened bottle at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat. Do not freeze. Tear to remove protective seal around cap. Use by date on side of bottle.
