Directions

Directions: In a small saucepan, whisk the 1 oz. Au Jus packet with 1 cup of water. Cook over medium heat, whisking often, until the mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the Au Jus is clear and slightly thickened. Serving Suggestions: French dip sandwiches. Italian style beef sandwiches. Roast beef, bison & lamb. Creamy mashed potatoes.
