Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Bake f'sh filets on a baking sheet for 16 to 19 minutes, turning once halfway through. Countertop Air Fryer: Place single layer of f'sh filets on bottom of fryer basket or rack. Cook at 400 degrees F for 14 to 16 minutes, turning once halfway through. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen; cook as directed.
