Shake vigorously until well blended. 3. Add oil to-0-line (1/2 c.); cover. Shake again until blended. To Prepare with Less Oil. Complete steps 1 and 2 as directed above. In step 3, substitute 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup oil in place of 1/2 cup oil; shake as directed. For a unique flavor twist, try these delicious varieties: To Make: Fresh Citrus Salad Dressing or Marinade; Vinegar: 1/4 cup orange juice; Water: 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice; Vegetable Oil: 1/2 cup oil; Add: 1/2 tsp. each grated orange peel and lemon peel. To Make: Dijon Vinaigrette or Marinade; Vinegar: 1/4 cup white wine vinegar; Water: 3 Tbsp. water; Vegetable Oil: 1/2 cup oil; Add: 1 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard.
