This board resists scarring from cutting, yet it's gentle on knives. It's made from edge-grain bamboo that is attractive, durable, and sustainable. The board resists moisture and is less prone to cracking or warping than other types of wooden boards. When it's not being used for cutting, this is attractive enough to use a serving board. Directions
Use & Care: Hand wash only with soap and warm water. Dry immediately. Do not put in dishwasher or leave to soak in water. Periodically rub board with food safe mineral oil.
