Cooking Directions: 2 options. Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Traditional Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bаke 11-14 minutes total*. Flip after 8 minutes. For extra crunch or if cooking more than 20 fish sticks, add 2 minutes to the cooking time. *Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Air Fryer Directions**: 1. Arrange fish sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. 2. Air fry fish sticks at 400 degrees F for 7-9 minutes*. **Air fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is not needed. *Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain. Keep frozen. Do not cut. Pull to open.
