1. Bring 2 cups water to boil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add contents of rice packet and 2 tablespoons Goya Olive Oil, Goya Corn Oil, or butter; Stir. 2. Boil 1 minute, cover pot tightly, and reduce heat to low. Cook until water is absorbed and rice is tender, about 25 minutes. 3. Using fork, stir rice; Serve. Makes 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
