Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave (Recommended): Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwaveable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage: 1200; 4-1/2-5-1/2 min. time on high*. Microwave Wattage: 1000; 5-6 min. time on high*. Microwave Wattage: 700; 6-7 min. time on high*. Product will vent while cooking; a popping sound may be heard. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. * Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Stove Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Add 2 tbsp of water. Cover. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Break up and stir occasionally. Keep frozen.
