Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook to 160 degrees F. Brown it in a pan over medium heat for 6 to 10 minutes. Then add other ingredients cook until juices run clear or to an internal temperature of 160 deg.F. Keep refrigerated.
