Details
Liquid egg substitute. Per 3 tbsp: 25 calories; 0 g sat fat (0% DV); 85 mg sodium (4% DV); 0 g added sugar (0% DV). A cholesterol & fat free food. Recipe on side. Liquid egg substitutes are made with egg whites, a fat free and cholesterol free food. Just pour them right into the pan to make your favorite omelet or try this great recipe. Use them anytime - for omelets, scrambled egg, quiches or any recipe that calls for eggs. For the perfect scrambled eggs, slightly tilt the bowl and beat the eggs from the bottom up instead of in the typical circular motion. But don't mix too much! Keeping a few air bubbles in the mix makes for a fluffier scramble.
