Preparation Instructions: Pudding: Pour 2 cups of cold milk (2% reduced fat milk) into a bowl. Add the mix. With a wire whisk, rotary beater or electric mixer, beat at lowest speed until well blended, about 1-2 minutes. Pour at once into individual serving dishes. Pudding will be soft set and ready to serve within 5 minutes. Pie Filling: Prepare as for pudding, using only 1 3/4 cups cold milk (2% reduced fat milk) and beat for 1 minute. Mixture will be thin. Pour at once into cooled, baked 8-inch pie shell. Chill for at least 1 hour.
