Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Always cook sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer. Heat a pan to medium temperature. Add 6 Tbsp. water and place sausage in pan. Cover the pan and continue heating for 10-12 minutes, turning sausage often. Remove the cover and continue for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy! Keep refrigerated. For best quality, purchase and use by date on package.
