Cooking Directions: Hot Water Or Milk: Empty packet into a bowl. Add 1/2 cup (120ml) boiling water or hot milk and stir. Let stand for 1-2 minutes. Use less water or milk for thicker oatmeal or more water or milk for thinner oatmeal. Microwave (Since microwave ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only): Empty packet into microwave safe bowl. Add 2/3 cup (160ml) of unheated water or milk and stir. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency is relached. Let stand for 30 seconds and stir again. Use less water or milk for thicker oatmeal or more water or milk for thinner oatmeal. To quickly cool your hot oatmeal, add milk or an ice cube. Caution: Product and container will be hot. Use pot holders and handle carefully to avoid burns. Kids, ask an adult for help if needed. Store in a cool and dry area. Lift tab to open.
