Directions

To Use: Dissolve Fast Rice yeast in warm water (100°F) for 10 minutes before mixing. When yeast is mixed directly with flour, (not dissolved) add liquids to the recipe warmed to 120°F. Follow recipe carefully. For best results: To rise, set covered dough in warm place (80°F to 85°F). For bread machine baking: This yeast is perfect for all bread machines and all cycles. Measure all of the ingredients and follow bread machines recipe carefully. Do not let yeast come in direct contact with liquids, salt or sugar when placing in bread machine pna. 1 package Active dry yeast (0.25 ounce) = 1 package Fast Rice Yeast (0.25 ounce) = 1 cake fresh yeast (0.6 ounce). 1 package of Active Dry yeast mesures about 2 1/4 teaspoons. Store in a cool dry place.
