Cooking Directions: Oven to make a one-crust baked pie crust: Let one crust thaw 10 to 20 minutes. Prick bottom and around side thoroughly with fork. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake thawed crust directly on oven rack for 14 to 17 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and cool. Fill as directed in your recipe. To make a one-or two-crust filled pie: Place empty cookie sheet on oven rack. Preheat oven as directed in your recipe. Pour filling into one frozen crust. Thaw 10-15 minutes at room temperature. Pour filling into bottom crust. For one-crust filled pie: bake filled pie on cookie sheet as directed in your recipe. For two crust filled pie: While second crust is still frozen in pan, remove crimp from second crust with a sharp knife. remove frozen crust from pan and center upside down on top of filled pie. Let thaw 10 to 20 minutes then crimp edges together. Cut 2 to 3 slits in top crust. Bake filled pie on cookie sheet as directed in your recipe. To mend a cracked crust: Let thaw, wet fingers and press cracked edges together. Bake as directed. *Appliances vary; cooking times are approximate. Remove parchment paper from between crusts before filling and baking. Always remove pie from oven on baking sheet. Keep frozen.
