For high altitude, use slightly more water and allow 2-5 minutes longer cooking time. To Prepare: 2 servings; Rice: 1 cup; Water: 1 cup. To Prepare: 4 servings; Rice: 2 cups; Water: 1-3/4. To Prepare: 6 Servings; Rice: 3 cups; Water: 2-1/2. *Note: prepare 2 bags by doubling water and using 4 quart saucepan. Microwave: Combine water and rice in a microwave-safe bowl using the table below. Microwave on high using the table below. Remove from microwave.
