Directions
How: Rub the angled side of HiBar on wet hair. HiBar doesn't drown your hair like liquid conditioner. Gently work through your hair for a light, thorough coating. Wait a few minutes. Rinse. Can be left on hair for a deep conditioning treatment. For external use only. Store Hibar high, dry and upright.
