Pudding Directions: Stir mix into 3 cups milk* in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Servce warm or chilled. (pudding thickens as it cools.) Makes about 6-1/2 (1/2-cup) servings. Refrigerate any leftovers. * Lactose-free milk can also be used but may result in a softer set. Do not use prepared nonfat dry milk or soy milk - pudding will not set. For creamier pudding, place plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding while cooling. Stir before serving. Microwave Directions: Stir mix into 3 cups milk in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 8 min. or until mixture comes to boil, stirring every 2 min. Serve warm or chilled. (Pudding thickens as it cools.). Microwave ovens vary. Cooking time is approximate.
