Directions

Instructions: Stovetop: [1] Cut 1.5 lb stew beef or chuck roast into 1-inch cubes and coat with 2 tbsp flour. [2] Add beef, Kinder's seasoning, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1.5 cups beef stock (or water), 4 cups chopped vegetables (potatoes, carrots) to a stock pot. [3] Heat until simmering, then reduce heat to low and cover. Add water as needed to thin out sauce. [4] Simmer 90 minutes or until meat is tender.
