Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp: Bake: 30 mins. | Serves: 9 Ingredients: 1. 21-ounce can Lucky Leaf Premium Strawberry Rhubarb Fruit Filling or Topping. ¾ cup flour. ½ cup packed brown sugar. ½ cup cold butter (cut into small pieces). ½ cup rolled oats. Directions: Step 1 Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Step 2 Spread strawberry rhubarb filling evenly onto the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan. Step 3 Mix the flour, brown sugar, butter and oats until crumbly, a pastry blender may be used for this. Crumble this mixture on top of the strawberry rhubarb filling. Step 4 Bake for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature. Classic strawberry rhubarb pie prepare crust for a 9-inch pie.
