Cacio e Pepe translates to “cheese and pepper,” a simple pairing that delivers salty sharpness and unmistakable depth of flavor. Switch up your weeknight recipe routine with this restaurant-style pasta sauce that starts with a packet of Seasoning Mix. Once prepared on the stovetop with whole milk and butter, serve the rich comforting sauce over cooked spaghetti or the pasta of your choice.

Directions

Cacio E Pepe: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 15 minutes. Makes 5 servings. You Will Need 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix; 8 oz. spaghetti, uncooked; 1 cup whole milk; 3 tbsp. butter, cut into cubes.
