Directions
Creamy Garlic Alfredo: Total Time: 10 minutes. Makes 1 cup. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick sauce mix. 1 cup milk. 3 tbsp. butter, cut in pieces. Directions: 1. Stir milk gradually into sauce mix with whisk in small saucepan until well blended. Add butter. 2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.) Kitchen Tips: Serve over pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Chicken Carbonara: Stir 1 cup cubed cooked chicken into prepared sauce. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon. Makes 4 servings.
