Simply tear open the pouch, pour marinade over 1 to 2 pounds beef, pork, chicken, or shrimp, marinate for 30 minutes, and grill. Get a little creative and combine the marinade with 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro for a twist.

Directions

You Will Need: 1 package Grill Mates Marinade; 1 to 2 lbs beef, pork chicken or shrimp*. Directions: 1. Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add Marinade, reserving 1 to 2 tbsp. for basting, if desired. 2. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from Marinade. Discard any remaining Marinade. 3. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved Marinade. * Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes. Grilling Tip: Brazilian Cilantro Marinade: Stir 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro into the Marinade. Continue as directed. Tear.
