Southwest Ranch Chicken: Prep Time: 5 minutes; Cook Time: 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix; 1 tbsp. oil; 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1/2-inch strips; 1/2 cup water. Directions: 1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned. 2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. Serving Suggestions: Southwest Ranch Chicken Tacos: Serve cooked chicken in warmed tortillas with shredded lettuce, shredded Mexican cheese blend, chopped tomatoes, avocado and cilantro.
