Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking instructions: place steak on preheated gas grill over medium heat (ash-covered coals). Grill steak for 1914 minutes, medium rare (1450 to medium (160 degrees f) doneness, as treasured by a meat thermometer. Turn steak occasionally. If desired, carve steak crosswise into slices before serving. Keep refrigerated. Keep in refrigerator until ready to cook.
