Usage and Helpful Hints: Second-Day Usage Should you find yourself with leftovers, there are still many delicious uses. For starters, leftover bread can be used to make bruschetta, croutons or stuffing. Helpful Hints Heat what you plan to eat. Once sliced, store at room temperature with the cut side down in a paper bag. Microwave ovens are not recommended. To Serve from Frozen State: Preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Remove bread from bag. Thaw for 45-60 minutes. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let sit for 30-45 minutes before serving. Do not underbake. Storing and Heating Options: To Store. Keep at room temperature in this paper bag. Bread will stay fresh for 1-2 days. Do not refrigerate. To freshen from room temperature preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Remove bread from bag. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes. To store frozen when loaf is cool, place in individual plastic bag. Remove as much air as possible and close tightly. The bread will keep for 3 months.
