Tips for Using Almond Flour: Almond flour is not a 1:1 replacement for normal flour. This is because almond flour is heavier and has more moisture. There is no standard conversion for almond flour. However the general recommendation is 1.5 to 2 cups of almond flour for 1 cup normal flour. This may change depending on the other ingredients. Store dry and out of sunlight in a sealed container.
