Cooking instructions: Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) is reached. Pan fry: Place individual slices in non-heated skillet. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally until desired crispness is achieved. Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place individual slices on baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes turning occasionally until desired crispness is achieved. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
