Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook to internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Cooking Directions: Remove ribs from package and season as desired. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill ribs for 12 to 14 minutes, turning once. Preheat oven to 335 degrees F. Transfer ribs to a foil lined baking sheet and loosely tent ribs with foil. Place ribs in oven and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil for the last 20 minutes of cooking. If desired, apply BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
