Directions
Cook thoroughly. Thawing instructions: Remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place fillets into plastic bag. Place plastic bag in refrigerator until filets are thawed. Microwave: place fillets in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F fillets should flake with a fork when done. Let stand for i minute before serving. Baking instructions: preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Season portions on both sides as desired. Place portions in greased or oiled baking dish and bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness (measured at thickest part of the portion). Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Pan frying instructions: Season portions on both sides and fry in 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil on medium heat in a heavy frying pan. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side (145 degrees F internal temperature) or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Thicker portions will take longer to cook. Keep frozen. Do not freeze.
