Directions: After applying, wash hands with soap and water. Store at no greater than 25 degrees C (77 degrees F). Adults and Children Over 12 Years: Apply a thin layer to affected area every 6 to 8 hours. Do not exceed 3 applications in a 24 hour period. Massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into skin. Children 12 Years or Younger: Ask a doctor. Removal: 1. Grip the bottle firmly with one hand. 2. Apply your thumb and bent pointer finger to the tabs at the base of the cap and squeeze. 3. Turn the cap while maintaining pressure with your fingers. Remove cap from bottle. Application: 1. To re-apply, place cap directly onto bottle. 2. Turn until you hear a click and continue until cap is snug.
