Directions

Oat Flour Tips: Quick breads, muffins & brownies, use 1:1 replacement ratio. For cookies, use 1.5 cups oat flour to replace 1 cup all-purpose flour. Not recommended for use in yeast breads. Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies: 1-3/4 cups oat some organic oat flour blend. 1/2 Tsp baking soda. 1/2 Tsp salt. 1/2 Cup butter softened. 1/3 Cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 Egg. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1cup chocolate chips. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, set aside. 2. In a medium bowl combine oat some whole grain organic oat flour blend baking soda and salt. Set as side. 3. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla mix until smooth. 4. Mix dry ingredients until combined. Add chocolate chip and mix. 5. Scoop dough onto cookies sheet leaving about 2 inches between each cookie. 6. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until set. 7. Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Make 12-15 cookies: Oats are among the most sustainable grains on he planet, and require 80% less water to grow than almonds. Storage Information: No need to refrigerate. Store in cool, dark, dry place.
