Directions
Makes 10 tacos! You Will Need: 2 to 21/2 lbs. Boneless beef chuck roast, trimmed of fat and cut into 4 to 5 pieces 11/2 cups water prep directions 1. Season beef by adding water and seasoning packet into roasting pan or pressure cooker. Stir until blended. Coat beef by turning in seasoned broth. 2. Stew in oven at 300 degrees F for 31/2 to 4 hours or in pressure cooker on high for 60 minutes until tender. Transfer cooked beef to cutting board, shred with fork. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. Store leftover tortillas in resealable food bag or container.
