The combination makes for a beautiful and delicious summertime salsa, we start with wild Maine blueberries, and toss in juicy diced tomatoes, onion, peppers, and jalapenos along with our secret spice blend, we mix in some of our house orange marmalade to marry all the flavors, add cilantro, garlic, and finish with habanero peppers and a pinch of vinegar, top over grilled chicken, a pork tenderloin or lamb chops, great on salads, sandwiches or grilled tuna and swordfish.
