How to use: 1. Insert: Insert a paper filter into the supplied reusable capsule or any K-Cup format reusable capsule. 2. Fill: Fill paper filter with medium grind coffee. Never overfill or compress the grounds. 3. Cap: Seal the capsule with the cap. 4. Brew: Insert the sealed capsule into a K-Cup compatible brewer. After brewing, retain filter cup and dispose of paper filter and grounds.
